Tasks

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities and operations of the office of department.
• Schedule and prioritize office activities to meet operating requirements
• Determine, plan and direct workflow.
• Supervise the efficient use of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment.
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Ensure client’s records are updated and timely submissions of documents to concerned departments.
• Requisition or order material, equipment and supplies.
• Resolve work related problems
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
