Tasks

• Maintain and organize manual and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate record management.
• Answer phone calls and emails, relay messages, and respond to general inquiries.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and manage the internal flow of information.
• Schedule and confirm meetings or appointments and maintain office calendars.
• Prepare, edit, and format documents such as reports, invoices, correspondence, and presentations.
• Greet visitors, identify the purpose of their visit, and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Order and monitor office supplies to maintain sufficient inventory.
• Record meeting minutes and assist in preparing reports and documentation.
• Arrange travel plans, including reservations and itineraries when required.
• Perform basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as preparing invoices or bank deposits.
