Tasks

• Process employee payroll, including regular wages, overtime, vacation pay, bonuses, and other payments.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, overtime, and personal information.
• Calculate employee earnings, deductions, and net pay to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
• Process payroll-related forms and assist with employee benefits, pensions, and insurance records.
• Prepare payroll reports, year-end documents, and maintain accurate payroll files.
• Reconcile payroll records and resolve payroll errors or discrepancies.
• Answer employee questions related to payroll, pay statements, deductions, and benefits.
• Assist in maintaining payroll procedures and ensuring payroll is processed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
